Scaling Disruptive Athletic Apparel from Concept to Deployment

Stepping onto the scene in 2013, FullSwag Apparel is an industry-disrupting cheerleading and athletic wear brand. They design and manufacture custom performance apparel for teams across the globe, outfitting athletes for world-renowned stages.

Starting as a graphic designer, I rapidly expanded my role to oversee end-to-end garment construction. I developed precise sewing pattern blocks and robust technical packages to guide both domestic and international manufacturing facilities, blending complex dye-sublimation with classic cut-and-sew architecture. Concurrently, I engineered the company’s migration to Shopify, developing a scalable e-commerce infrastructure that elevated the brand’s global legitimacy and acted as a direct catalyst for sales growth.

An agency specializing in custom solutions

Takes advantage of every chance to show who you are

Over the years, I’ve held various roles at FullSwag Apparel, including Production Coordinator, Sr. Designer, and Design and Account Manager.  Throughout my tenure, I’ve consistently contributed to the creation of annual catalogs, lookbooks, physical marketing materials, internal customer presentation decks, social media marketing campaigns, and signage and banners for conferences.

Throughout my time at FullSwag, I held several leadership roles, and I enjoyed teaching others as well as solving daily operational problems.

Ecommerce

Transitioning from Wix to Shopify enabled the client to establish a legitimate brand presence through a custom website. This new platform allowed them to capitalize on online sales and access more comprehensive marketing insights.

Development

This website was created to capitalize on potential growth while also serving as a crucial resource for guiding potential clients to the information they need to build brand confidence.

design

Beyond its online presence, the entire brand was always designed with a focus on aesthetics mixed with athletics.  This included customized garments, marketing materials, internal presentations, and pitch decks – every aspect of the job prioritized design.
